Submitting a Ticket

If you'd like to help in the development of High School Reunion, there are a few things that you can do. First of all, you can setup your own server and test the nightly builds of the software. We try to get out new versions as fast as possible, and if we can get people to help bug test that would speed up the process tremendously. To test for bugs you just have to download the latest version, checkout  http://highschoolreuni.com/download/subversion.php for how to do that. After you download HSR you upload it on your server and start testing it. If you come across a bug you can submit a ticket here.

You can also submit a ticket as a "feature request" if you find that something is missing or you have a great idea for something to add to High School Reunion.

Note: When submitting tickets your name will show as "anonymous" by default. Instead of changing it every time, you can update your name on the preferences page. It will also help greatly to have the name of the person submitting the ticket, as tickets submitted as "anonymous" will have a lower priority than tickets submitted with a real name, as well as a lower chance of getting stopped by the spam filter.

Also: If you try to submit a ticket and it doesn't work, or gets caught by the spam filter, it's probably because that ticket already exists. The best thing to do in that situation is to check again if that ticket exists in any milestone. If you already looks through the milestones and a ticket like that doesn't exist, send an email and we'll get back to you ASAP.
